I was served by a lovely young girl with long red hair. ony been there three days,I swiped my one card and there wsas a miscommuicatio between myself and the young girl.I asked the senior woman how to use this card who then berated me in front of this girl saying that "she asked you twice and i said no. confused about that.. ,.She then repeated saying that in a very harsh manner .No smile .felt very embarrassed ad upset. I then asked how to use the remaining 60cents on he voucher and did not get a reply, I then asked how much were the paper bags. . .Finally got an answerr of 30 cents.Felt very intimidated.not a good shoping experience. to walk away feeling like that.
Whiskas cat biscats while were on special this week, but not talking about ,that I'm mentioning the previous 2kg pack of biscats are now the 1.5 kg pack of biscats but are being charged the same price, whether this is a genuine mistake or not this pricing needs to be rectified, also products on shelving is disarray, some products have no prices, no floor staff to tidy up or are even friendly, pumpkin always looks awful in some cases that I have seen, mouldy a hot mess
