About 5 minutes after placing the order (which also charged my credit card), someone from the store called me and told me that they would not be delivering my order because I lived too far away (15 minutes according to google maps). I then asked for the payment to be refunded which he refused to do. Also refused to give me his name / the store owners name when asked and said that I would need to talk to head office if there was an issue. Really rude on the phone and why did the website accept my address if they don't deliver to it?
Pizza not sliced properly,, very small in size as compared to auckland stores,, sauce missing on the pizza,, not recommended at all
