The sign did say in the small print "excludes clearance and everyday bargains" but there was no label on the price tag or anywhere that suggested these rods were an everyday bargain or a clearance item. We paid for the rods and other items expecting to receive 25% off the rods. When the 25% discount wasn't included I queried that and accompanied a supervisor over to the rods to check the price. She explained the rods were an everyday bargain but they'd neglected to label them as such. She offered a lame "sorry" and walked off. Crap response and totally misleading practice.
Great customer services! I travel here in Albany than buy from Spotlight Wairau because the Customer Services in Wairau Road beside Freedom Furniture sucks. Here the employees are attentive, respectful and a joy to deal with.
