Just bought stamp had to write address on my envelope. They hv got 3 counters to serve customers. But one counter was closed and 2 counter they were standing. Other small counter 2 customer were already standing.
Yes i could hv waited but they were going to closes. I just ask lady politely can stand over here and write address on my envelope. She was very rude.they want to run nz post services but they dont provide enough space. Even if you provide little space where counter was close does it matter .specially when it is quiet .pl close the service down
Pl owner should provide training to this lady how to talk to customers. Really bed service. Thanks
