When I was at the check out, I noticed a product had leaked its content on my bag. A duty manager or senior approached me and loudly told me I shouldn't take a mask from the entry point into the store while wear one. Steve, I'll call grumpy, embarrassed me making other staff turn heads, lecturing me. I said take them back but he didn't assist with the liquid contents that leaked in my bag and didn't offer to replace the faulty product, and just walked away. The great girls on checkout helped getting me a cloth and towel plus a replacement product. Staff know me as a local and aid Steve would be hard to live with. Where the masks are, it doesn't say take one only etc. I spend at least $300 each week and Steve has no customer relationship skills. Why is this man in the front of the supermarket. Very embarrassed and upset.
