I am triple vaxed against Covid-19, and have a MOH exemption from wearing a mask, or face covering of any sort. Despite producing my exemption upon enetring, I was asked to 'wait outside'. To which I responded - 'no, I'm here to have my passport photo taken'. What ensued was a ridiculous back and forth over the issue of a mask. The staff in this store are intolerably rude, and very clearly ill-informed regarding exemptions. To clarify: 'Anyone in possession of an exemption, cannot be refused entry to a premise, or discriminated against in any way'. I urge the management of Clark's Pharmacy to educate themselves and their staff on this matter.!
Yes, I was annoyed! Yes, I was discriminated against! Yes, I was made to feel like a leper! Yes, i was pissed off!!
Sadly, I had to give this premise a star rating, so I've given them 1 star. My preference would be to give them zero!
Again I urge - EDUCATE YOURSELVES!!
