Walked in, and waited for someone to serve us, however no-one bothered, so we left and visited another store. Came back in, and asked Mathew, who was at the counter, whether he, or the other employee openly playing on his mobile phone, might be able to serve us. He said that he'd come on over. So we waited, and he didn't. No-one did. I asked him on the way out if he was still going to assist, and his response was "oh, do you still need help?". Of course I didn't, because I already knew the way out of the store, and will never shop there again.
In addendum though, a couple of years back we purchased a new stove from NL. The guy that came around to install it said that we needed to have a new plug put in for the cost of $250.00. So we called a qualified electrician that we knew, and put it on speaker, asking if the plug did need to be replaced, which it did not. Seems like a cruisy kick-back, and the look on their electricians face was priceless - a definite "oh no, I've been caught out". He couldn't wait to leave afterwards, though made sure to leave a huge mark in the lino of the kitchen getting the old one out. Never again.
