Bunnings Warehouse in Te Rapa, Hamilton 3200Location in Te Rapa / Hamilton(Phone number, Hours, map, Bunnings Warehouse in Te Rapa Stores near me)
My Ref. No.201022194236. I made complain still no one has come back to me or addressed my problem.I bought a lawnmover the engin starts to stall after 20seconds.As I said in the complaint I left the machine there and walked out. Again I visited the store to collect the machine they said as I left they did dot anything. They again took my particulars in a piece of paper not in the log book.Today I thought I could collect the machine and visited the store. The lady in the counter said machine is gone and they don’t know anything about it..Then I asked her whether I You mean to say I did not bring it, she said yes. I said in this big store you are telling me that i did not bring it, Yes was the answer.Even if I have not done the paper work is not the duty of the company to repair the machine or hand over the machine to the customer. Can some one help me to find the machine. This is terrible experience for me and the service and the way I was treated was so bad.As almost 25 days I paid some one $50 lawn move.Additonal expenditure.I don’t know how I am going to get my mover back.pPlease help me .
Yes agree order on line 😞 even try to phone to check in stock - big order too !!!!! Don't want to give any stars but had to to proceed. Ver disappointing.
Ever since Bunnings opened this store at Te Rapa I have been going there for all my house and garden work requirements. The staff are well informed and always most obliging. It was a pleasure to visit.
However I was shocked to discovered that Bunnings advertise on the dreadful Mike Hosking radio program on NewstalkZB which can only mean they support his appalling comments. His disrespect and rudeness to the Prime Minister is also totally unacceptable.
I will therefore not be buying anything from Bunnings until they stop supporting this crass man and his dreadful program. From now on Mitre 10 will get my business.
I saw the 1-star reviews and shook my head. I work for a large manufacturing company near the Te Rapa Bunnings (which we use regularly) and we have never had any issues with click-and-collect or customer service issues. Even taking that away I, personally, get stuff from them too and have had ready help when looking for random things and being directed down the aisles.
Shoppers anywhere can get disgruntled over one thing or another but I rate this store. 1 day before the COVID lockdown of 2020 I came in to get a couple of items (which were sold out elsewhere) and the staff were great. Shoppers in there were racing around getting last-minute things like crazy. From what I saw, as someone who works in a very busy manufacturing environment, the staff did an excellent job of it.
One bad experience shouldn't discount the work of the team. I will be buying from this store again.
Staff at this Bunnings, checkout did not want to be at work, ie product does not have a barcode, I will have to go online...what don't over exert yourself, then exiting harassed by person outside, he saw I had just come from checkout... But this police want to be still stopped me... Service not at this store 😡 Bunnings warehouse, te rapa, not worth rating but ad to put it
click and collect.........yeah right
order on line.... ha ha haaa hhhhaaaaaa lmao
just give up
